4. Booking & Payments

  • A booking is only confirmed once a deposit (amount specified in booking confirmation) has been received.
  • Remaining balances must be paid by the date specified in your invoice.
  • Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your booking.

Cancellations

  • Customer cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to safety, licensing, staff illness, or other unavoidable operational issues. In such cases, a refund will be offered.

  • We may refuse to serve any individual who appears intoxicated, is acting disorderly, or poses a risk to others.

  • We accept no liability for incidents or accidents arising from alcohol consumption once drinks have been served.
